ES 775 Grading Scale

A combination of point, percentage, and letter grades are utilized for evaluation of student performance in this course. Lab exercises are marked on a 20-point scale, and the semester total lab score is converted into a percentage grade. Project reports and the final examination are graded using letters (A to F) with +/- subdivisions. Final course grades are reported as letters (A-F) with +/- designations, according to current university policy. Incomplete (I) grades will be considered only in extreme circumstances, such as severe illness, major accident, military service, etc.
