Devils Lake, North Dakota
Devils Lake comprises a series of connected natural lake basins that are the terminal point for an enclosed drainage basin in northeastern North Dakota. Because Devils Lake has no outlet at present, its water level, surface area, salinity, and organic productivity fluctuate greatly with changes in climate.
