Biology of Mexican Vertebrates

After we arrive in Los Cocos, which is about 20 miles south of San Blas in the Bahia de Mantachen, we set up camp and have class here for 6 days. Students are divided into 4 teams and each team rotates through roughly 24 hours of ichthyology, herpetology, ornithology, and mammalogy. Each section is taught by faculty from either La Universidad de Morelos, Murrary State College, Mississippi State University, or Emporia State University.

		On our last day of class there is a closing ceremony during which each student receives a certifcate for having completed the course. This is Travis receiving his certificate from Marco.
