This company is an infant in the telecommunications industry, but have made enormous steps to turn dream into reality.
Time Warner has made it possible for consumers to communicate easier and to have more of a variety when it comes to entertainment. They give you all the specifics when change occurs, treat you like a family member on the phone, and when they installed my new system, they considered all our questions and were extremely polite.
At Time Warner Inc., they make everything so easy for you to communicate that all you basically have to do is point and click. They give you question layouts and forms, but they want to know everything, so you receive the best service.
This is concerned with how believable can a company be. Time Warner doesn't allow all the information for public use, but we know enough that we are dealing with a reliable company. When something goes wrong for instance, they will go step by step to fix the issue until you are satisfied. If we are not happy, they are not happy.
