CONSUMER REPORTS




A comprehensive source for unbiased advice about products and services, personal finance, health and nutrition and other consumer concerns. This information is offered in print, Consumer Reports Magazine, and available online for the utmost in accessibility.  In existence since 1936, their mission is to test products, inform the public, and protect consumers.

Testing is done by Consumer Reports at their National Testing & Research Center in Yonkers, New York.  They have 50 state-of-the-art labs and over 100 dedicated testing experts. They are competent in their work and strive to provide the most accurate lab results. Consumer Reports only income is derived solely from the sale of the magazine and online publication, and other nonrestrictive, noncommercial contributions, grants and fees. They buy all products tested off the shelf, receive no special treatment and accept no free samples.
