The organization I found was the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA).
They are prompt in treating their customers with the highest respect and
courtesy at all times. The VBA also communicates with it's customers
by explaining the full range of benefits and services available, providing
a realistic estimate of how long it will take to process your claim or
answer your request, keeping you informed on the status of your claim or
request, and explaining all reasons for decisions. They will also
ensure tha their customers have ready access to their services, and will
fully address all questions, concerns, and complaints
