TCBY is a specialty store that focuses on giving each customer a healthy treat. TCBY's frozen yogurt is healthy for many reasons. Frozen yogurt is part of the milk or dairy food group, high in calcium, low in sodium, and may be either low-fat, nonfat, and/or no-sugar added. When a customer walks through the door, he/she is greeted by a friendly employee who waits patiently until the customer decides what to order. This is due to the large selection of soft-serve frozen yogurt, hand-dipped frozen yogurt, hand-dipped ice cream, sorbet, and toppings. Each order is prepared to the customer's specifications as quickly as possible to ensure a happy customer.
Wal-Mart is one of the only retail stores that has a greeter a the front door of the store to welcome each customer to Wal-Mart and assist the customer in any possible way. Wal-Mart also strives to keep every item on the self in the exact location in every facility, so that a customer can go into any Wal-Mart store and quickly find the product in need. Wal-Mart's prices are low and is proud of it's slogan "Always low prices". This retail store is also known for it's one-stop shopping. Supercenters have become more popular, which is a discount store with a grocery store. Once again this is convenient for the customers who have busy lives.
Cox Communications is the leading cable company within Arkansas. The company strives on being friendly to all of its customers and wants to ensure the customer is satisfied. One way of doing this is by a courtesy call to each new customer two to three weeks after cable has been installed to ensure everything is going okay. Cox Communications hooks up cable within 24 hours and has a number a customer may call if there are any problems. The price of Cox Communication's cable is very competitive with the competition, making them a leading company. They also offer internet access through cable and other new technologies. For each area, Cox Communication has employees with unique skills to ensure the best possible service.
