     Pete & Mac's is a recreational resort for pets.  They offer daycare and extended vacation care for your pet as well as grooming, massage and also carry a full line of pet supplies.  Their mission to the customer is "to place your family member in an environment that provides clean, controlled, secure fun and loving care".  This business must satisfy two customers - they must first sell their services to the owner of the pet making them comfortable about leaving the pet in their care.  Then they must treat the pet kindly or the pet's unhappiness will be evident.
     Dogs and cats can receive special services such as massage.  Pete & Mac's has a Certified Animal Massage Therapist available for a therapeutic massage.  Owners may request a massage for physical conditions like increased circulation, muscle soreness, or to grow a healthier coat.  Stress and anxiety in the pet can also be reduced by physical massage.
