Service Customization

Probably one of the best types of customization that any company can provide is in the field of golf clubs.  At PING, this is a number one priority to make one's game even better.  They use a color coding system on their golf clubs to customize them to the individual's proper lie angle.

PING has devised a four step system to calibrate golf clubs to the specific needs of it's customers.  The first step is entering the golfers measurements necessary to build the clubs.  Second, the dynamic fitting, helps to customize the clubs to the golfers swinging motion.  Third, is the ball-flight observation.  The flight of the ball is observed and then the fine tuning of the clubs is done.  Finally, the purchaser should continue to monitor the clubs and accuracy to determine whether or not the golfer should adjust to the club or the club should be adjusted to the golfer there after.
